Your customer’s returns are tracked from drop off, so that refunds can be triggered when your customers head into their local Parcelpoint to drop off their parcel, creating an even better customer experience.

The simplest returns solution for retailers and customers, Parceldropoff is our industry-leading integrated returns solution. Quick to implement, we take the stress out of returns.
1. Simply add our Parceldropoff returns widget to the appropriate place in your returns flow.
2. Customers can choose their local Parcelpoint for dropoff, print a label and take it there whenever they like.
3. We then look after everything involved in getting the parcel back to your warehouse, in a consolidated way.
