At the heart of our solution lies pickup. For over 1 million Parcelpoint customers, they prefer the simplicity of having a parcel delivered to their local Parcelpoint, for them to pick up whenever they like.
Having a Parcelpoint store in every neighbourhood has opened up the ability for us to consolidate deliveries which means the most cost-effective solution for you, and less carbon impact on the planet. And much, much more…
How we deliver
We deliver using a consolidated freight method at a lower cost and a greener solution. We offer guaranteed next day and Saturday delivery options, as well as 7am collections. Our Parcelpoint network of 1400 locations, creates lots of possibilities for you and your customers.
PICKUP
The simplest way to get started, and solve your customer’s delivery problems. With 1,400 locations across Australia, open late and on weekends. We hold parcels for up to 14 days, not five. Your customers will have genuine human interaction with local businesses in their community when pickup up their parcels.
1. Just add the Parcelpoint finder widget to your checkout, and customers can simply choose their local Parcelpoint as their delivery address.
2. You can use your standard carriers for delivery to the Parcelpoint, or we can look after delivery with Parcelpool.
3. Your customer gets a notification when the parcel has arrived at her local Parcelpoint, and can pick it up whenever she likes.
PARCELPOOL
With our Parcelpool delivery solution, we look after delivery, from your store or warehouse to your customer’s local Parcelpoint. It’s a better delivery experience with consolidated freight at a lower cost and a greener way of delivering.
1. Because we can deliver multiple parcels to each local Parcelpoint location, Parcelpool is the most cost-effective and planet-friendly delivery solution in the market.
2. It’s also fast – Next Day Guaranteed for the majority of Sydney & Melbourne customers, with other cities soon as well. Ask about our 7am dispatch and Saturday delivery options.
3. And flexible, we can collect from any location or you can use our Parcelpoint hubs for domestic or international deliveries.
PARCELGREEN
A green last mile delivery choice has arrived with our electric vehicle solution.
1. Parcelpool, with less driving, less congestion and fewer emissions, it’s already a more sustainable delivery solution.
2. Parcelgreen layers zero-carbon last mile solutions on top of this, using electric vehicles and pushbikes for delivery from hub to local Parcelpoint.
3. Retailers can display the Parcelgreen badge at checkout, enabling customers to choose a more sustainable option.
